FAQ

How long until my order ships?
We place orders at the beginning of each month and ship in the middle of the month. Past orders have taken 2-4 weeks to ship.
Covers already in stock, including clearance orders, ship in 2-3 days.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
All orders ship in unmarked packaging. Most ship in plain bubble mailers with cardboard inserts to keep them sturdy. Larger orders may ship in boxes. Special shipment instructions may be available upon request, so don't be afraid to ask!

What material do you print on?
We print on 2-way tricot. Cases are 84% polyester & 16% spandex (polyurethane).

Can I see the thumbnails uncensored?
Yes. Due to payment processor rules, we censor nudity and bodily fluids on the site, but uncensored thumbnails are available on imgbox.

How do I wash and store my case?
Each order comes with a printed care guide, also available here.
Gently soak your cover in cold or room-temperature water with non-bleach detergent. Using warm/hot water may leak to ink bleeding. If you are unable to wash by hand, you may machine wash your cover on the most delicate setting with cold water. Turn it inside out, zip it up, and put it in a washing bag. Air-dry your cover away from direct sunlight. Do not put it in the drying machine! Ensure that the cover is completely dry before using or storing it.

In order to prevent damaging your cover, shave excess stubble, keep your nails trimmed, and keep rough/sharp objects away from the fabric.

We recommend using resealable plastic bags to store covers. Covers can be stored in the bags they are shipped in, Ziplock bags, or vacuum-sealed bags.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personal and printed-on-demand nature of our goods, we do not offer full refunds.

However, we do offer exchanges. In the event that an incorrect product is sent (wrong design or size), a replacement will be sent so long as the customer provides proof of our mistake. We will pay for shipping. Please provide order number, customer email, and adequate photos of our mistake.

Orders may be cancelled in the first 48 hours after purchase with the exception of personalized orders (Custom Design, Commission, Mix-and-Match). Once a personalized order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Allowed Content

This section details what content can/cannot be printed.

Permitted:

  • Fictional, illustrated characters stylized to appear child-like ("loli" & "shota")
  • Fictional, illustrated animals
  • Live-action characters portrayed by adult actors
  • Uncensored pornographic content (including bodily fluids, breasts, & genitals)
  • Light gore (including minor injuries, self harm, scars, bloodstains, nosebleeds, & menstrual blood)
  • Original characters
  • Fanwork which falls under fair use
  • Real photos not depicting people (e.g., using a non-copyrighted photo as a background)
  • Pride flags
  • Ship art with fictional characters

Not permitted:

  • Live-action characters portrayed by underage actors
  • Photos of real people
  • Illustrations of celebrities (including Vtubers and online personas) who do not consent to fanwork
  • AI-generated or assisted images
  • Images that violate copyright law in the United States and/or Germany
  • Realistically illustrated gore (e.g., eroguro, visible organs, death)
  • Symbols representing or alluding to harmful ideologies (including, but not limited to: pedophilia, zoophilia, & incest)
  • Content which is overly political, religious, or hateful
  • Content that is illegal in customer's country or region

Final discretion is left to DokiDokiDaki staff.

Staff Policies

"Artist" applies to any individual providing DokiDokiDaki with illustrated content in return for payment.

Artists may post their own designs to their personal social media. To prevent art theft and unauthorized printing, all publicly posted designs must have a watermark. We can provide artists with the watermarks and thumbnail images used on the store site.

DokiDokiDaki retains exclusive printing rights to all designs created for sale. However, artists are free to work with other dakimakura stores and sell other designs elsewhere, as long as those designs are not being sold with DokiDokiDaki.

Artists may request their art to be removed from sale for any reason. In the event that a design is removed from sale, all remaining orders will be fulfilled. If art is removed, it still cannot be sold outside of DokiDokiDaki.

The following policies apply to any individuals associated with DokiDokiDaki:

All staff must be over the age of 18 and capable of confidentially providing proof of age.

Staff is heavily encouraged—but not required—to join the encrypted staff-only server on Matrix and/or the public Discord server.

The beliefs expressed by staff on personal social media may not represent the circle as a whole, even if such accounts are linked on DokiDokiDaki site or accounts. All staff members are expected to be respectful and interact appropriately online.
